Elan Organic Ginger Chunks are stewed slowly until softened then tossed in sugar to preserve them. They are spicy, sweet, chewy, and an ideal ingredient for fruitcakes, cookies, cakes and more. Try adding them to hot water for 5 minutes or more for a delicious ginger tea.
