Description
Big, full, spicy, meaty olives without a hint of oiliness, the Chalkidiki – or Halkidiki – olives are grown exclusively in Greece. The olives are processed in the traditional 'Natural Fermentation' way, which means there is no pasteurisation, artificial additives or preservatives. They are olives with the authentic olive taste and have "Provenance" - not just green or black.
