Dried Elderflowers

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help:

• Promote sweating (diaphoretic), to help relieve fever (in cases of common colds, flus)
• Relieve symptoms of colds and flus (such as coughs, sore throat and catarrh of the upper respiratory tract)
• Relieve nasal congestion and discharge associated with sinusitis, hay fever/allergic rhinitis

Medicinal Ingredients

Elderflowers (Sambucus nigra subsp. canadensis).

Suggested Use

Adults and adolescents 14 +: 1 tsp, twice per day

Adolescents 6 to 13 years old: 1 tsp, once per day

Children 3 to 5 years old: 1/2 tsp, once per day
