Suggested Use
Recommended Dose: Take 1 rounded scoop (10g) in 250 ml of hot (not boiling) water and drink, once a day. Take at the first sign of infection or flu. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Duration of Use: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. Cautions & Warning: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use: if you are taking immunosuppressants; if you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis or multiple sclerosis; if you are pregnant or breastfeeding . Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia). Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
