Description
This award winning, traditional, rustic European loaf of sourdough bread is made with organic whole rye flour. Our over 30-year-old sourdough cultures give this bread it’s distinctive and hearty, artisan texture, flavour. The long fermentation process we use improves the digestibility of the bread compared to that of conventionally, yeast-only raised bread.
Suggested Use
Storage For optimum product life and freshness, store between 18°C – 21°C. For prolonged storage double bag and freeze.
