Description
Thanks to a natural pasteurization process, this organic flaxseed bread has a long shelf life prior to opening. Made with whole rye kernels and organic flax, this cholesterol-free bread makes a fine addition to a healthy breakfast. High thiamin and iron levels give the bread a nutritional value superior to standard enriched wheat products, and rye’s relatively low gluten levels allow some gluten-sensitive individuals to enjoy this bread. Whole rye and rye flour are also highly nutritious, containing fiber and manganese levels exceeding other grains.
