Can be ground into flour, mashed into spreads and dips, added to salads, etc.
Instructions: Rinse 1 c of dry beans. Soak overnight to reduce cooking time. Drain. Add beans to 4 c of boiling water and simmer covered for 90-120 min. (Unsoaked beans take 150-180 min)
Shelf life: 2-3 years. Best if consumed within the 1st year.
