Description
Brewer’s yeast is a by-product of the beer-making process. It is an excellent source of protein, all the major B vitamins, sixteen amino acids, and fourteen minerals.
Benefits:
Sleep – Helps with sleep due to the niacin and vitamin B6 present in the yeast.
Fatigue – It has been shown to help people who feel fatigued, since many of the B group vitamins present are essential in the release of energy from the carbohydrates in the food.
Diarrhea – It has been used to treat diarrhea caused by Clostridium difficile
Storage and Shelf Life: If stored in sealed container, in dry and clean conditions and at ambient temperatures, this product is stable for two years.
Suggested Use: Brewer's yeast can cause gas, bloating, and diarrhea, so start off with a small amount of brewer's yeast (about 1/8 to 1 teaspoon a day), and build up slowly to 1 to 2 tablespoons a day.
