Suggested Use (adult dosage)

Take 2 capsules daily or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Take with food. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.

Caution

Do not use if you are allergic or sensitive to eggs. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/ blood thinner, an anti-inflammatory or antibiotic, are having surgery, or if symptoms persist or worsen.
